Remove shade arched floor lamp. Measure the diameter of the lampshade. Stretch the tape measure straight over the top of the shade and write down the measurement. And then turn the lampshade upside down and measure the bottom diameter of the shadow. Then measure the bottom straight across from one side to the other side. Write down the measurement.

Measure the slope of the arched floor lamp shade. Hold the measuring tape at the top of the shade and measure along the side of the shade to the bottom. Then follow the slope of the shade for accurate measurement. Write down the measurement. And then measure the height of the shade. Hold the measuring tape at the top of the shade and slide it down to the bottom of the shade. Do not tilt measurement because this is just the height of the shade. Write down the measurement.
